Seventhly, installation method for troughlike hole sound absorption board

1. Storing requirements before installation

It is required to keep the warehouse where the boards are stored sealed and moisture-proofing. Before installation, it is required to air the boards for 48 hours or more.

2. Requirements for installation place

It should be dried, defined humidity and temperature requirement should be met 24 hours or more before installation. The lowest acceptable temperature is 15℃, the temperature variation

3. Method for installing Wooden acoustic panel board on wall

1. Install the light steel dragon bone into the wall
2. Dimension for light steel dragon bone: 18X26X3000mm, separation distance is 60cm.
3. Install the 45X38X5mm dimension cramp between dragon bone and sound absorption board.
4. Glass wool which covers the back of sound absorption board is 30—50mm, 32kg/m3.the width and length is respectively 600mm and 1200mm.
   

4. Notices

1. Recommended distance between two dragon bones is 60mm.
2. When boards are combined together, 3mm distance is necessary between each other.
3. If the boards are installed from the floor, the notch should be downstairs and the cramps should be locked closely, then install the sound absorption boards one by one.
